PinkBunni Fashion is an independent fashion brand based in Easton, Pennsylvania. Our collection includes ready-to-ship items, handmade pieces, and custom designs.
Processing and production
Handmade-to-order pieces require approximately 1–2 weeks of production before shipping, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Ready-to-ship items do not require production time. Their dispatch timeframe is listed on the product page.
Custom orders and preorders may have different timelines, which will be provided before purchase. Production and processing time are separate from delivery time.
US delivery and shipping costs
After shipment, standard US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $100. Shipping charges for other orders are displayed at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.
Delays and delivery issues
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will contact you with an updated shipment date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
