Returns & Exchanges Policy

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind. Eligible non-custom items may be exchanged for another size under the conditions below.

Size exchanges

To request a size exchange, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and requested size.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with any original tags attached. Swimwear must also have its original hygiene liner intact, where supplied, and must have been tried on over underwear.

Exchanges require approval before you send anything back and are subject to replacement-size availability. We will confirm availability and instructions before accepting the exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping the replacement item when exchanging due to sizing preference. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom orders

Personalized items and pieces made to your individual measurements are not eligible for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not apply to an item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from the agreed order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund. PinkBunni covers necessary shipping costs for confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.
